The commitment that is made between The Natural Equine and client is the key to ensure not only a healthy working relationship but the care of your horse. This commitment allows us to become team, working together not only while I am with your horse but also in between rotations. To do this, a few rules must be set in place.
Most clients do a 4, 5 or 6 week rotation for body work. This makes easier for both you and I to commit a schedulen that keeps your horse feeling their best.
Though I do understand things can happen, especially under emergency situations and sometimes weather conditions, I ask that you try not to schedule other things (vacations, other appointments, etc.) on the same day as our appointment. Rescheduling a day for another day (a day or two earlier or later then set appointment) is not a big deal and almost always possible.
If our schedule is repeatedly disrupted by too many cancellations our contract will become null and void. Please understand, this is how I make a living, though healing your horses are my priority, my schedule is made with the consideration of all clients and distance traveled.
I also ask that you have some form of shelter with power for a fan, as the summer months are often very hard on the body.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. ~Debbi Baglione, The Natural Equine
